AudioTTS Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information the AudioTTS browser extension ("the extension") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The extension lets you save audio generated by various text-to-speech tools for personal use.
1. Data the extension collects
You must sign in with a Google account to use the extension. To operate the extension and its premium subscription, we process:
- Google account identity — your Google email address, name and profile picture, used to sign you in and to link any premium subscription to your account.
- Subscription status — whether you have an active premium subscription, which plan, and its expiry date, used to determine which features are available to you.
- Usage telemetry — which text-to-speech website the extension is active on (for example, Google, ChatGPT, or ElevenLabs), usage events such as a conversion or download starting or succeeding, and the extension version.
2. What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect, store, or transmit the text content you convert, your messages, or your conversations.
- We do not collect your browsing history, passwords, or personal communications.
- We do not collect a device fingerprint or any other hardware-identifying information.
- We do not read or upload the content of the pages you visit beyond detecting the platform page name described above.
3. Sign in and subscription
Sign-in is provided by Google via the extension's Google OAuth client, using only the openid, email and profile scopes. Your Google identity is verified with Google and stored on the extension's license server (license.baabullah.my.id) so your subscription can be recognised across devices.
Premium subscriptions are processed and billed by PayPal (PayPal Subscriptions). PayPal handles your payment details directly; we never receive or store your payment card information. Your subscription status and billing dates are stored on our license server solely to determine your entitlements.
4. How data is used and shared
Identity, subscription and telemetry data are transmitted over HTTPS to the developer's server (license.baabullah.my.id), which is operated by the extension developer. Data is used to sign you in, manage your subscription, improve the extension, fix bugs, and measure which platforms to support.
We do not sell personal information. Limited data is shared with the following processors solely for the purposes described here: Google (sign-in authentication) and PayPal (payment processing). No other third parties receive your data.
5. Data retention
Account and subscription records are retained while your account is active. Usage telemetry is retained until it is no longer needed for the purposes above or until you request deletion. To request deletion of your data, contact us using the details below and include the Google email address used to sign in.
6. Security
All data transmitted is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to account and subscription data is authenticated with per-session tokens, and the telemetry endpoint is rate-limited to reduce abuse.
7. Children
The extension is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
